2014 THIS IS HALLOWEEN
WHEN I UNWRAPPED ORNAMENT, JACK WAS DETACHED FROM FOUNTAIN. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARRANGED FOR ANOTHER ORNAMENT ONLY, TO BE SHIPPED TO ME WITH RETURN SHIPPING LABEL FOR BROKEN ONE. I WAS TOLD TO KEEP BOX ORIGINAL ORNAMENT CAME IN, TO STORE NEW ONE.IT WAS A EASY PROCESS. ORNAMENT IS AS SHOWN & SOUNDS GREAT! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
