How Do I Redeem my Points? To redeem your points for a Reward Certificate simply LOG IN to your account using the link on the top menu bar. Click the REDEEM link next to your My Points logo. Choose your Reward and click REDEEM for the selected item. You will receive your Reward Certificate via email within 24 hours along with instructions on how to redeem your Reward Certificate at Hooked on Ornaments.
Exclusions/Limitations: Reward Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.
Our Rewards program is similar to the Hallmark Gold Crown Program, but Hooked on Ornaments is not affilliated with Hallmark Cards, Inc. Your Hooked on Ornaments Rewards Points are NOT applied to your Hallmark Gold Crown account. Hooked on Ornaments Reward Certificates are not valid at Hallmark Gold Crown stores.
Remember our reward certificate scale is different from your Hallmark Gold Crown account. Hooked on Ornaments Reward Certificates are 1000 points=$10. The Gold Crown program awards 3000 points=$10.
