1974 Betsey Clark PROTOTYPE, This prototype ball is HARD PLASTIC rather than glass.

*The top cap/hanger is LARGER in circumference & Gold with no Hallmark "Made in USA" Imprint.

*When the cap is removed you can see the thickness of the plastic (see photo)

*The wrap is the same as the production ornament as is the diameter.

*This 50 YEAR OLD rare prototype was purchased from a Retired Hallmark Employee years ago. It is by far the OLDEST PROTOTYPE we've come across in more than 25 years in business.
