This very heavy fine pewter sculpture is mounted on a Wood Base.
In 1986, Hallmark launched the Hallmark Gold Crown store network as we know it today.
Through the years, the Hallmark Gold Crown program has come to represent the benchmark of excellence for those retailers who strive to provide the very best retail stage for the premiere selection of Hallmark products.
This high achievement award was only given to a FEW Gold Crown store owners or managers in 2003. RARELY does one become available for sale, as most award winners treasured and kept this coveted award.
I can only imagine how hard it was to receive this award!! A characteristic of this era was Hallmark's very strict abidance of their standards with these Gold Crown Stores.
The artist was Duane Unruh.
This HEAVY pewter sculpture measures 9 1/4" inches tall, Mounted on a 7" circular wood base
