GEOMETRIC SNOWFLAKE BALL
The Geometric Snowflake Ball ornament was inspired by The Grammar of Ornament, an 1856 book by English architect and designer Owen Jones, that Hallmark Artist Joanne Eschrich found in the Hallmark Archives Rare Books Collection. Joanne discovered a number of inspiring shapes that helped her envision this geometric ball, and she used glitter glass, microbeads, and gems to make the patterns shine brightly against the deep red background. The result is a sophisticated reimagining of the traditional holiday globe ornament.
