Review of 2018 Christmas Carnival #1 ornament

I love this ornament. This series is going to be a favorite. I bought this because the one I bought at Hallmark shop ended up not working properly. I did not realize this until I saw video of ornament on this website. Went back to Hallmark shop and was told nothing could be done, that there were no more of these ornaments available. I told them I could get one from this website, to which they immediately said they had nothing to do with. I do not believe they could not have gotten me a new one from the main office, they just did not care to. Of course they told me to contact Hallmark directly to get issue resolved. I decided to purchase from you. Funny side note, since I bought one from you I unscrewed the bottom of other ornament. Did not see anything. I twisted ornament carousel and guess what, it started to work properly. Now I have two but OK as I can keep one in mint condition or as a back up in case my original one does not continue to work. Live the ornament. Love this website. Thanks.

Nice Christmas item

Every year we are curious which Christmas surprise is made by Hallmark. This year we really liked the carousel. The lighting effects are very nice. We like everything very much.
