When will my order ship? Why hasn’t my order shipped?
For in stock orders we typically ship the next business day. If your order includes
a pre-order, we do not split ship – all items on the order will ship together
on the day indicated on the pre-order. If this doesn’t apply to your order send
us an email with your order number. We are most likely waiting for an item to
arrive.
Tracking shows my package is stuck in Chicago? When can I expect arrival?
At times the International Distribution Center in Chicago experiences backlogs causing delays in moving packages to the destination country . Please be patient, the package is not lost, just waiting it's turn for a plane to your country. International and Canadian delivery via the USPS are taking from 14-30 days.
