The Hallmark Joy to the World collection from the 2007 Hallmark Ornament line included angels and children representing different cultures. The regular size Keepsake ornaments included a collection of ornaments that featured two ornaments in each set. One ornament was of the child wearing clothing representative of their nation's culture; the second ornament featured the familiar architecture of the country. There were a number of other items included in the collection; such as miniature sets of the children and angels and tabletop display items.
