CANADIAN Shipping Rates
- Hooked on Ornaments ships via the US Postal Service, Global Post International and Fed Ex. We ship Monday through Friday, except during December when we ship Monday through Saturday
- Your order will generally ship on our next business day. PRE-ORDERS Ship based on the stated estimated Shipping Date.
- Delivery time estimates do not include processing time.
- We require insurance on ALL orders.
- Signatures are typically required for orders over $200.
- Priority and Express shipping rates are based on the number of items in your order.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for some heavy weight/oversize items. These charges are noted on the item description page.
Additional shipping fees are not eligible for Free Shipping promotions. - If the total weight of your packed order exceeds the maximum for Standard First Class shipping, you will be contacted regarding the additional postage needed to ship your package USPS Priority.
- Customs and duty fees for Canadian & International orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local Customs office for additional information.
If your package ships Fed Ex - Fed Ex will bill you separately for the customs/duty. - Free Shipping Offers are for US Continental shipping only - we are not able to offer free shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Palau
