at Hooked on Ornaments

CREATE ACCOUNT & LOGGING IN:
    When you place your first order with Hooked on Ornaments an account is created for you. It is NOT possible to create a customer account without placing an order.
     NEW Customer Log In: If you are a NEW customer you will log in with your email address and zip code. The system will autofill city, state, zip and area code based on your zip. Follow the prompts to complete your order. Your account is created as you proceed past the first page of checkout.
 
    REPEAT Customer Log In: If you are a REPEAT customer/or have started the checkout process previously - you will log in using your email address and the PASSWORD that you previously chose.

RETRIEVE LOST PASSWORD:
    You can use the Retrieve Password utility to have the system send you an email with your password from the My Account screen .
 
 
UPDATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
   You can update your addresses, email and/or password by clicking on the UPDATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION from your My Account screen.
 
VIEW & TRACK RECENT ORDERS:
   From the My Account screen you can view and track your recent orders. Click on VIEW DETAILS for the order of interest. For shipped orders, the USPS tracking number is a clickable link, click for tracking information. (Please allow at least 24 hours for the USPS tracking system to update once the package has shipped. Tracking is not available for Standard Shipped International/Canadian pacakges.)
 
MY REWARDS:
    Hooked on Ornaments offers a Rewards Program. Customers automatically receive rewards points for every purchase dollar. These points can be redeemed from the My Rewards section of the My Account page. Learn about our Rewards Program.
 
    When you redeem your points for a Rewards Certificate an automated email order confirmation is sent instantaneously. This email includes your Rewards Certificate code, we do not mail a separate paper copy of the reward certificate.
