Viewing, Changing, Tracking
Viewing Your Order/Tracking Your Order:
Once you have placed an order you can click on the My Account or View My Orders link found at the top of any page on the website. You will be prompted to LOG IN using your email address and password (zip code). If you have problems logging Contact Us for assistance.
Your Account Page will show you your recent orders including your ORDER STATUS. Click on VIEW ORDER to see the Order Details and Tracking Information for a specific order. From the View Order page you can print a copy of the order or click on the Tracking Number to track the order via USPS.com
Remember, tracking is NOT available for Canadian or International 'Standard' shipped orders.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel your order, you should contact us right away. Because of our fast processing time the window of opportunity for changing or cancelling an order is very limited. We must receive notification of changes or cancellations prior to 10 AM EST.
We do our best to process changes or cancellations, but this is not always possible due to our processing time. Cancellations may incur a minimal 15% restocking fee. We are unable to process changes or cancellations to shipped orders.
