Noticeable improvement

The 2017 offerings of the S-7 PRR steam turbine, tender, and "refer" milk car are all three noticeable improvements in quality and detail as opposed especially to the "Thomas the Tank Car"(said tongue in cheek) crap that Lionel shoved down the throats of serious collectors in 2014. However, this coming from one who has each and every piece of every year's offerings since the inception of the series (1996)......there is still a noticeable lack of detail, especially in the connecting rods over select previous years.....2000 and 2001 being examples. Still, all in all, not bad as compared with the crappy quality of 2014 and 2015.
