2020 Making Memories #13 Trying Out the New Trike

This ornament is perfect. Mint condition, as described. Due to the incompetence of our letter carrier, this item and 3 others was supposedly "delivered" quickly and on time, but I never received the package. When I finally decided it wasn't coming, I contacted Hooked on Hallmark, and received a response within hours with information on what to do. After contacting my PO three times and never getting a response, I contacted HOH again and they said they would send me a replacement. Of course, the next day, the original package showed up. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of HOH. My correspondence was always answered within hours, and they showed concern and interest in the delivery of my package. A great company!
