Our Heritage Madonna was inspired by one of our vintage Christmas cards from the ’60s that beautifully showcases Mother Mary and Child. Hallmark Artist Joanne Eschrich used this to reenvision the traditional Madonna. She made her Mary bolder, with a more modern feel. A mid-century gold leaf pattern also helped give Mary’s cloak a new richness. The result is a Madonna for today that still holds the power and inspiration that the holiday season brings.MADONNA
