RED POINSETTIA BALL
Poinsettias have been traditional symbols of the holiday season since the 17th century, when Franciscan friars from Mexico began placing the flowers in Christmas floral displays. This ornament was inspired by one of our 1960s surface patterns that Hallmark Artist Matt Johnson discovered in our archives. Matt inverted the golds and reds to make the traditional colors more modern and added glitter and other processes to make the simple pattern pop in elegant ways.
